Switch, shut down and start up the turbine pumps, Air Dryer and Compressor
Perform line tracing and identify valves, instruments & equipment
The ability to follow technical plans and diagrams (P&ID)
AutoCAD 2000
Perform gas testing using LEL meter & dragger tubes correctly
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
Perform duty as a First Line Crew
Perform the function of Occupational First Aid & CPR
Become a competent gas tester, Hot Work Standby Person & Entrant Standby Person

Job Description
Operate and monitor plant operation.
Record daily inventory.
Report to Shift Superintendent for any abnormal conditions for further actions Routine check on the equipment.
Operate equipment when needed by referring to Standard Operating Instructions to achieve a safe operation.
Strive to work towards quality excellent to achieve company’s ISO 9001 Quality Policy.
Perform and maintain good housekeeping at the work place.
Prepare/check on Gas equipment prior to issuing work permit and also monitor the job progress and ensure its carried out safely.
Attend daily briefing, update logbook and perform proper shift changeover.
