i am familiar with inspection and testing of all static equipment in refinery operations

 Familiar with the following inspection activities:

• Turnaround and on stream inspection of static equipment in major process units.
• Inspection of Fired Heaters, Columns and other Pressure Vessels.
• Inspection and Construction inspection of Storage Tanks ,Boiler and connected facilities
• On-stream inspection and Fabrication inspection of piping.
• Inspection of Shot blasting , painting , coating/wrapping
• Inspection and testing of Relief Valves and Heat Exchangers
• Involved in Welding Inspection and Welder’s Performance Qualification
• Involved in Shutdown inspection of various plant like CDU,FCCU,DHDS,SRU etc
• Involved in troubleshooting and overhauling of various types Centrifugal & Positive displacement pump
• Knowledge on Mechanical Seals , Seal Oil system , laser alignment
• Involved in the overhauling of various steam turbine
• Familiar with various NDT methods- PT, UT, RT & MP used in a Refinery
• Familiar with ASME, API, EIL standards and Isometric drawings, PFDs , P& IDs
