Professional Experience
Having more than 35 years of experienced in Civil Engineering Construction Business,with exposure to Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Industrial Refineries, Petro-chemicals and other massive Civil Works. 15 years of which is in the project management & field supervision, design, quantity surveying, planning, scheduling & cost engineering. The other 20 years is an experience in project Estimating for tendering or bidding. With this long years of experienced I was able to develop and compile database of productivity including work breakdown structure assemblies with up-dated pricing for estimating reference. I am familiar in project costing of Directs and Indirect of a project using excel format or in timberline estimating program . Experience in the preparations of commercial and technical documents for submission of complete tender including risk analysis of a project. Familiar in different type of contract conditions, methods of measurements, specifications of Aramco, Royal Commission and other international standards.I had been involved in the negotiation and project award meeting held in Saudi Arabia and outside Saudi Arabia like with Snamprogetti in Italy, Parson in USA, Daelim in South Korea, Lurgi & Ferrostal in Germany, Techint in Argentina, Stone and Webster in England Shaw in Canada and others.
