•Preparing daily entries for daily transactions in accordance to accrual basis of accounting then recording them in the company system ( SIS & ORACLE ).
•Collecting cash from students.
•Preparing monthly payroll for the employees in the organization.
•Preparing cash flow in & out of the treasury.
•Watching fixed assets register.
•Performing Reconciliation between the Company Books and Bank Statements.
•Reviewing Daily Report for the completed transactions and preparing the monthly reports for the accounts.
•Handling objections of the students.
•Answering calls asking about the students` financial position.
•Keeping manual records besides soft copies.
