Production & Material Planning Engineer

To obtain a competent position for full-time employment that would fulfill my need of self development, effective participation and team work.

• Solely responsible for Daily Production & Raw Material Planning for reinforcement & non reinforcement products.
• Plan Master production & delivery schedule for all the projects
• Obtain orders from the sales departments and receive consent for production
• For every order compute the needed quantity of the raw-material and procedure as per the specifications
• Prepare the request for raw material from associates and warehouse for every order
• Revise entire data's backlog considering the status of every order obtained in the planning department
• Daily analyze machine performance and resolve breakdown issue
• Review and analysis of the OEE report and machine performance report
• Compare raw materials consumption between the warehouse issues and productions at every month-end and confirm the variations
• Analyze the productivity index i.e calculating productivity based on manpower
• Organize the daily production meeting along with other department: Manufacturing ,Logistic, Purchasing and Quality to discuss the issues related to production
• Performed time studies on production equipment to successfully establish production bottlenecks.
• Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work steps, removing non-value added tasks.
