Professional Experience
Receive finished goods from production
Ensure that quality of the items are done in accordance with “G.M.P”.
Storage finishing goods.
Prepare the finished goods to sales.
Use “BBCS” system.
Preform all transactions for the warehouses (receiving, transferring, dispensing and rejected).
Follow up the check of temperature in all stores.
Enforce the GMP and implementation of GSP in accordance with the company Policy and Procedures and approved S.O.P'S.
Produce a monthly and weekly review of all transactions before the monthly closing.
Prepare sales orders for both plants (lactam, N.lactam, Free Medical Samples & Promotional materials).
Ensure that blindly check is actually done in those areas.
Receive returned and damaged goods.
Ensure that destruction is done according to GMP.
Improve the idea of living safety in all warehouses according to E.H.S policy.
Grantee that all machine and warehouse facilities are working perfectly and solve all the problems with the other departments.
Follow up colleague’s vacations and overtime.
Improve warehouse performance by all the means.
Joined to GSK head count on 1/2/2011.
Promoted to Supervisor on 1/3/2011.
