I am a PhD in analytical chemistry from Auburn University, USA in exchange scholar program to Purdue University, Lafayette, with hands on experience in many characterization techniques. I also have a post-doctoral experience from Indiana University, Bloomington in Surface Analytical tools. As the Manager of Analytical I am responsible for leading the Analytical Laboratory Team in solving problems for internal and external customers, and improving product quality, value, performance and reliability. Principal accountabilities include leading the analytical program in support of Regional and Global business needs, providing day-to-day management of the centralized internal analytical laboratory and its staff, managing the analytical lab including equipment and the lab budget, leading the advancement of analytical methods that support and enable research, and interacting with customers to address technical or regulatory questions and provide solutions to problems. Also, manage use of external laboratories, University affiliations, and temporary labor alternatives as is relates to Analytical research, and develop employees through coaching, technical competency improvement, and individual and career development planning.
