Sizing of two and three phase separator and Heat Exchanger rating in HTRI, Flare KOD Pumps and Electrical heater, Line Sizing and Pump Hydraulics and Compressor Settle Out calculation, Relief, Blow down and Flare Study includes PSV relief rate calculation, Inlet and Outlet line Sizing of PSV’s ,Flare Sizing and Blow down Calculation, Cause and Effect and ESD logic Diagram, Process datasheet preparation of Separators, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers and Control valves, Preparation of specification package items like Compressors, Desalter, Flare, Produced Water Treatment package, Instrument, Nitrogen Air and Fired heaters, Instrument datasheet, HAZOP participation and HAZOP Closeout related activity, and Vendor document review, Worked on Tri Ethylene Glycol (TEG) and Mol Sieve Dehydration Unit package, Preparation of Operating manual, Participated in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and performance guarantee run activity.
