Hydraulic Engineer

To work on technologies related to mechanical engineering application.

• TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for documentation, testing and technical support of both field, installation and Commissioning issues in the areas of Plant Equipment and Tools (Spill Bay Gates, FWI gates, MIV, TURBINE, EAF, LRF, CCM, SLAB CASTER and components on engineered.)

• Project co-ordination and Implementations .
• Selection responsibility for all purchased components.
• Responsible for read and understand the basic and detail engineering of Hydraulic units and Hydraulic components and familiar with PID and schematic diagrams.
• Responsible for pressure testing, pickling, flushing, and oil sampling to the desired NAS value.
• I have desire experience and knowledge to perform simulations of complete hydraulic system with regard to individual function test and integrated function test Knowledge in the function and calibration of proportional valve and servo valve will be an added advantage.
•I have Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics control system is an added advantage.
• I have the necessary experience in analyzing and trouble shooting of hydraulic problems during testing and commissioning.
• I am able to Managing mechanical interfaces work with multiple project teams and customers during installation and testing of piping and hydraulic system.
• Responsible for preparations and documentations of all erection and commissioning protocols.
• I have ability and willingness to learn new analytical methods.
• I have good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment at global level

• Three Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, From Board of
Technical Education, Rajsthan, Jodhpur with 61.42%.
• H.S.C. from Rajasthan Education Board, Ajmer with 58.02
• S.S.C. from Rajasthan Education Board, Ajmer with 62.50 %.
