PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle within time and cost constraints.

Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of service rig crews.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Ensure the safety and efficiency of the rig crew, the equipment, and the overall operation.
Train and mentor other service rig crew members with regards to job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Resolve work issues and recommend productivity improvement measures.
Manage crew performance and provide coaching and progressive discipline as needed.
Prepare reports for Operations teams and Client representatives.
Order supplies and materials and recommend maintenance for the rig.
Work with the Operations team to manage the rig budget.
Handle Client relations.

I have worked as Manager monitoring a construction of two SEMI ( Amazonia & Pantanal ) 2400mtrs water depth built at Yantai Raffles shipyard in China
I have worked as Manager, representative of Schahin Petroleum in Schahin-MODEC joint venture monitoring a construction of two FPSO. The first FPSO is installing a process plant at Brasfells shipyard in Angra dos Reis and the second one Conversion hull at Cosco shipyard in China
