1. Job Responsibilities:
Prepare P&IDs, PFDs, UFDs, PSDs, H&MB and Cause & Effect Charts.
Prepare Fluid List, Equipment List, Line List and Utility Summary.
Perform Equipment Sizing Calculations and Prepare Process Datasheets for Pumps, Vessels & Tanks.
Perform Flare Hydraulic Analysis by using FLARENET.
Perform Sizing Calculations for Pressure Safety Valves and Thermal Relief Valves.
Perform Depressurization Calculations and Sequencing Calculations for Blowdown Valves.
Prepare Flare & Blowdown Report and Process Safeguarding Memorandum.
Perform Transient Pressure Surge Analysis for Pipelines by using Flowmaster.
Perform Hydraulic Study for Pipelines by using PIPESIM.
Participate in HAZOP meeting with the Client and Representatives of the other Engineering Disciplines.
Participate in the Start-up of Gas Treatment Units in Salam Gas Train 3&4.
Participate in the review of ITB (Invitation to Bid) Documents submitted in the Proposals Stage, Provide Process Inputs to other Disciplines and Prepare the Process Clause in the FEED Verification Report provided to the Client.
Review Vendor Documents and Meet with Vendor Representatives when required.
Supervise Graduate Engineers and Designers.
