Designation: Operations Engineer

Operations: Team Leader operations for entire terminal at HPCL, Bahadurgarh. Thorough with entire gantry operations (both tank wagon and tank truck loading), thorough knowledge of terminalling, S&D and control room operations.
Reporting and analysis: Fraud management, maintenance, Visual Monitoring System ownership, Movement and scrutiny of product from terminal to Retail outlet, GPS and system monitoring.
Daily stock gain-loss analysis, data collection, preparation, analysis and presentation of all the product records. Product reconciliation report focused on Total gain or loss of all the products viz. MS, HSD, and SKO.
Marketing: Campaign management activities – Bridging communication gaps between fleet owners, retail outlets and the company. Promotional activities like customer loyalty program.
Client Engagement: Contacting the dealers about Visual Monitoring system. Dealer’s conversations and depots Trucks contracts renewals. Have given Fire Fighting Training and Road Safety Training to the Dealers and Tank truck crew members.
Maintenance: Recomissioning and cleaning of the product tanks (2 of MS and 1 of SKO). Handled both the preventive as well as the corrective maintenance. Maintenance on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis Where headed a team of 5 technicians.
Calibration of tank trucks along with the weights and measurement department people.
