QA/QC Engineer with more than 5 years in Oil & Gas construction.

1)A competent QA/QC Engineer with more than 5 years experience in Oil & Gas construction, including Pressure vessels/piping/structural fabrication.
2)An appreciated team leader with good communication skill and capable of giving proper guidance to subordinates.
3)Shell/Petrofac qualified/appreciated QC Engineer in their project “Early Production System (EPS)” for Majnoon Field, Southern Iraq.
4)Having sound knowledge and good exposure in QA/QC operations in fitting, welding, NDT, PWHT, Pressure testing (Hydro/Pneumatic), painting & insulation, and various types of internal linings (Refractory/glass flake etc...)
5)Familiar with reading and interpretation of codes & standards like ASME, AWS, API, ASNT etc.
6)Preparation and review of ITP/Method Statement/ Procedure etc.
7)Sound knowledge in preparation of WPS and conducting PQR & WQT.
8)Preparation of inspection reports & final MDR.
9)Good understanding about the functioning and testing of Pumps (centrifugal/Reciprocating), compressors, various types of Valves, steam traps, flow elements etc.
10)Good understanding about the Installation/alignment of centrifugal pumps/compressors/IC engines/coolers etc.
11)Incoming material inspection against purchase order and approved data sheet/drawing/specs and review of documents.
12)Dealing with vendors in case of any discrepancy identified.
13)Preparation & Review of piping test packs.
14)Attending production meetings and addressing Quality related issues.
15)Preparation of final punch list and coordinating client inspections.
16)Good awareness of ISO quality management system/procedures.
17)An active member of Dune’s Toast Master’s club in Dubai. A leading public specking club in Dubai.

Bachelor of Technology (B-TECH) in Mechanical Engineering.

1) CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector (Level II): Successfully completed (Certificate No-43248).
2) LRQA Quality Management Systems Auditor/ Lead Auditor Training Course: Successfully completed (Certificate No-08/5140).
3)ASNT Level II in RT/MT/PT/UT: Successfully completed (Available valid Certificates).
4)POST DIPLOMA IN OIL FIELD ENGINEERING & QUALITY CONTROL (Induscan Petroleum Institute Nilambur Kerala).
