Performing day-to-day administrative: Tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork & operation of such as HR office, Responsible for administration day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

In charge of expatriates registration to embassy.
In charge and update of documents for expatriates (address list).
In assistance of the administrative coordinator: manage and update national staff. Policies (Internal Staff Regulation, Work contract) and administrative procedures; provide trainings to ensure transparent comprehension on the part of the staff.
Process and maintain company payroll/personnel & Asset Control records, ensure accuracy, timely payment, and confidentiality of all transactions and records.
Filing of employees documents.
Income tax & social insurance.
Prepare and forward the monthly payroll to payment section for checking and payment in order to meet time, quality targets and customer satisfaction.
Process the respective deductions from employees salaries, to ensure the correctness of calculations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Request, obtain and file and all the necessary approvals for payroll changes and/or payments to ensure documentation and future reference.
Take all necessary security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company payroll.
Employee contract system: New contract for new employee, renew contracts, promotions, Termination, and termination notice, end of service benefits, Employee records, loans, Operates HR database.
Ensure that a good system of filing is maintained for accountancy, donor, HR files, and lease and vehicles contracts.
Administration: Supervisor office housekeeping, coordinate office repair and maintenance, office stationery, Mission travels, Maintain minuets and record for the annual meeting, Office security - reception and controlling visit of visitors, Payment Request for HR - Workmen Compensations Policy for Insurance live.
