Weight Control Report Generation
Modelling, Load Generation and Analysis using SACS
Member Code Checks based on API RP 2A-WSD (21st edition) and AISC 13th Edition
Report Generation with relevant Calculations
Earthwork calculations and preparation of site grading layout drawing
Calculation of cumulative flow and sizing of drains in stormwater drainage system
Preparation of design flow diagram and layout of storm water drains
Calculation of cumulative flow in sanitary sewer system
Dyke volume check for Condensate storage tank and Produced water tank
Checking the drawings for:-
Piperacks, sleepers and pipe supports
Flare trestle and equipment foundations

Compressor house, fire station, petrol station, LPG loading house
Buildings like workshop, administration building, Laboratory building, Warehouse and Storage building

Analysis and Design of filter house using STAAD-Pro (Codes used ASCE 7-05, UBC-97 etc)
Analysis and Design of blower shed using STAAD-Pro
Design of column foundations using BS 8110 – Part 1
Design of pit slab using BS 8007
Design of Roof Slab using BS 8110 – Part 1
Design of Equipment foundations and pump foundation
Design of Sump

Weight control engineer responsible for updating weights and preparing reports for FPSO, BH1 platform and BD1 platform on monthly basis
Support the preparation of analysis reports with relevant calculations
