Industrial Engineer

Seeking a full-time challenging position with an international company where the talents of a young Engineer may be fully utilized.

Expeditors International, EMAIR Regional Office,
Customer Solutions & Support Specialist for EMAIR (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India Region) in the Information Services Department.
*Assist in preparing and executing the tactical business plan.

*Regular review and follow up on Regional Customer Solution Managers

*EMAIR IS Update Newsletter.

*Provide reports on Regional teams activity and review EDI reports and highlight any improvement opportunities or needs.

*Assist with written responses to RFQs/RFIs

*Define and analyze customer requirements-Scope of Customer Project.

*Responsible of the successful implementation and support of systems solutions according to the scope of services.

*Ensure the successful and complete transition of the finalized projects to the Operations Solutions and support team.

*Gather market intelligence on what is being offered in different markets and identify available opportunities

*Coordinate sale/account management team training material and schedules.

*Support the IS Customer Solutions and Support Specialists in teaching, selling and presenting the company's system based solutions.

*To understand Account Managers as needed training and Solutions/Support Needs
