Organizing and fin-tuning with the quality department, construction activities, request for inspection, availability of correct and approved documentation at site in line with the standard as well as constructability (given the site conditions).
Planning and reporting the progress to the Managers and project control department including formulating solutions in case of a deviation from the schedule or budget.
Preparing and organizing the shutdown phase (under preparation), consisting of determining the sequence for taking the system out of service, executing the shutdown works and taking the system in service again (detailed plan).
Attending the weekly progress meeting with the client, reviewing the design related to constructability in an early stage of the project in order to eliminate short comings during the execution stage, coordinating with procurement department in order to receive the correct material and quantity in time and correcting errors, requesting and coordinating with HR and procurement department to deploy the needed skilled personnel and equipment in time for the scheduled activities, coordinating with the engineers prior to execution stage in order to retrieve the needed execution details, lists and correcting errors etc.

3. Project: DN 30"– RTDB - 2 / DR - 2 Refined Product Pipeline Project Ras Tanura – Dhahran - Riyadh – KSA (RTDB-2 connected to RTDB-1 inside Ras Tanura Refinery).
