Site Execution Engineer (Construction)

Client: Lotte PPTA Karachi

•In-Charge of site activities pertaining to the erection of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Capacity 52.027 tons/hr).
•Developed rigging plans and executed all heavy lifts involved in HRSG.
•Fabrication and erection of Steel Structure for Pipe and Cable Racks (Weight 168 tons).
•Executed all activities from start to finish including pre-commissioning, commissioning and punch list killing as per the project schedule.

Client: BHP Billiton Gas Plant, Engro Fertilizer Limited

•Piping fabrication, erection and welding of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel
•Coordinate with clients & QA/QC to resolve any non-conformity during execution of the job.
•Coordinate with FEDC for Weld mapping of piping isometric, preparation of piping BOQ, BOM and surface area calculation for sand blasting/Painting.
•Provide technical Support to Planning Department during preparation of projects Schedule, during Re- Scheduling and preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Planning Engineer
Client/Project: Engro Fertilizer Limited

•Preparing Project plan, scheduling and monitoring by utilizing Primavera and MS project
•Developing Manpower Histograms, Progress S-Curves and 2 week, 3 week look ahead schedules
•Prepare and monitoring of Level IV planning of construction activities by considering the site conditions, resources availability, Manpower & materials

Shutdown Execution Engineer
Client/Project: National Refinery Limited - Lube-1

•Responsible for the permit to work of pre-Shut down, Shut down and post shut down activities.
•Responsible for the maintenance of Furnace/heaters e.g. neutralization of convection tubes, cleaning of the tubes of radiant/convection sections, cleaning/replacement of burners, Soot Blowers, Damper & Skin thermo couples.
•Responsible for the maintenance of Crude Column e.g. replacement of trays, cleaning of down comers & internal shell surface.
•Responsible for the Maintenance Heat Exchanger e.g. Opening, cleaning/hydro jetting & testing.
•Responsible for the maintenance of onsite Mechanical Valves e.g. Gland Packing, replacement of Bonnet gasket.

Sitara Chemical Industries Limited

•Replacement of Electrolyzer with Uhdenora Technology (Gen. IV) supplied by Italy
•Construction of Caustic Solidification Plant-(CSP-III)
