I am looking for the job thermal Power Plants & Energy sectors and Oil, Gas & Petroleum field in the mechanical Maintenance & Project. I have 12 years above experience in mech.maint engineer;

Responsibility:
• Maintenance of Utility (Oxygen) Plants.
• Trouble Shootings of Fault Also To Give Positive Response to Superior for It.
• Co-Ordination for the Execution of Day To Day Maintenance Activities.
• Planning & Scheduling of Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.
• Participate and Implementation of Other Activities Like the Daily Report, ISO 9000 & 14001 and Safety Related, WCM 5S House Keeping.
• Maintenance can be done for any Type of Rotating and Static Equipments.
• Inventory control of Engineering Materials, Developments of m/c. part maintaining history card as per ISO.
• SAP system maintains.
• Trouble Shootings of Cryogenic Tanker.


These plants consist of various equipments like:

• Centrifugal compressors. Siemens make. Maintenance $ Commissioning
(21.5 Mw, 135000 Nm3/hr. Air flow)
• Centrifugal pumps. (Single / double suction. Single / multi stage) with mechanical seal & gland packing.
• Screw compressors. Yoke 170 Tr. Chiller Unit
• Kirlosker make Reciprocating Nitrogen Booster Compressor (1IEHYIGT )
Erection $ Commissioning.
• Kirlosker Make Reciprocating Air Compressor ( TBT-MM, 348.6 M3/Hr) Erection & Commissioning
• Alignment (with Dial gauge) can be done for any type of Rotating Equipments.
• Centrifugal fans. (CTID fan, Blowers)
• Turbine and Generator set.
• Servicing of various
• Servicing of various types of cryogenic control and manual valves.
• Heat exchangers and Steam heater.
• Cooling Tower its Gear reducer CTID fen. Gear Box. . Different type Coupling.
• Pipe line job. (Erection and commissioning).
• Maintenance of Cryogenic liquid (oxygen & nitrogen) storage tank & valves.
• Knowledge of cryogenic cold insulation.
• Knowledge of cryogenic liquid loading & unloading and transport tanker, storage tanker.

Attainments:


• Successfully carried out overhauling of Centrifugal compressor of Sie
• Successfully carried out erection & commissioning of New chiller Unit.
• I have Completed Erection $ Commissioning of Air separation plant (Oxygen Plant – 885 TPD) successfully.
• I have also Erection $Commissioning of PSA Plant (Nitrogen Plant-300 M3/Hr),in Indofil
& GFL Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat.
