process commissioning supervisor / engineer (oil &gas, lng, petro-chemical)

I am having experience in supervising of oil and gas projects pre commissioning and commissioning and start-up operation , seeking job in the same field .

I have totally 26-years of experience in Chemical, Petro - Chemical Oil &Gas & LNG Plants Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up Operation.
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Ensures that all Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities are completed in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Overviewing on the safe implementation and proper quality of the pre-commissioning / commissioning works like blowing / flushing, Lube Oil flushing, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, tightness test, air freeing, loop test, motor solo-run, equipment mechanical test run (pumps, compressors, turbine), Leak test (Nitrogen/ Helium), Refractory dry out etc.
Provides day to day support to Commissioning Engineer / Manager.
Setting up technical teams and monitoring progress to schedule.
Arranges PTW, Tool Box talks are completed in line with HSE requirements prior work start.
Ability to lead a team of Supervisors /technicians/operators/ sub-contractor and safely execute the work.
Analyze team performance against schedule and report/advise any changes required to maintain progress to line management.
Monitor availability of personnel to complete planned workloads.
Liaise with other disciplines to ensure work fronts are available as required.

Prepare all testing dossiers using project software (WinSCP, ACS, ICAPS and OPERCOM) along with proper document to safely execute the work (Drawings, procedures, etc.)
Keep technically updated through the study of related technical literature including procedures and guidelines. Ensure correct tool packages are available along with detailed comprehensive commissioning & start-up procedures for individual jobs.
Review commissioning and start-up spares, spare usage against plan.
Investigate causes of defective operation of systems and equipment including interfaces to other systems and suggest modifications to equipment or operational conditions.
Ensure that commissioning and start-up procedures are adhered to and complete all necessary documentation to facilitate work and up-date records.

(1).Diploma in Chemical Engineering. (1988 April- 1991 April)- 3 years, chemical, petroleum, oil and gas, lng.
(2).secondary school education (1978 March to 1988 March)- 10 years( English, Maths, Science)

Diploma chemical engineering.
