Western Desert & Gulf of Suez

- Drilling Supervisor in Onshore & Workover Rigs & Night Drilling Supervisor in Offshore Rigs:

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Supervise and follow up all operations of drilling development & Exploratory wells.
• Handling of all materials & tools used in rig site.

- Drilling Engineer in main office:

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Exploratory and development wells planning for both vertical & directional wells including bit selection, BHA configuration, mud program, drilling time estimation, AFE estimation, casing setting depths & casing data.
• Evaluate drilling performance using special drilling software (Well Performance Analysis & NPT Tracking).
• Handling daily progress charts, look-ahead & working on (SAP) system & (WELL VIEW) system.
• Prepare final well reports, cost analysis & well problems recommendations.
• Follow-up daily drilling operations, planning in conjunction with the Rig under superintendent surveillance, the request of services & Equipment to contractors and the delivery of same at rig site.
• Preparing scope of work, technical and commercial evaluation of drilling services tenders.












EXPERIENCE.

1. ATTENDING DRILLING ACTIVETY ON LAND RIGS:
• Exploratory wells up to 15000 ft, using special drilling bits for high abrasive, hard formations (Impregnated bits) & different mud systems (Hydro-Guard / Ultra-Drill / Max-Bridge / Bara-Drill / Silicate mud / Salt saturated mud / Kcl-polymer / Spud mud & LTOBM).
• Side tracking using Whip stock or open hole cement plugs.
• Running different types of completion strings combined with TCP guns.
• Running & cementing procedures for different sizes of casing strings & open hole liners (including rotating liners) applying different cementing techniques (Inner cement jobs using cement stinger / Two stage cement jobs).
• Different W/O jobs (Casing Patch, Milling & Fishing, Frac. Jobs, Gravel Pack & Acidizing jobs).

2. Attending drilling activity on offshore rigs :
• Tie back operation related to offshore, retrieve corrosion cap, run subsea completion & subsea well head.
• Drilling & Work over activity in offshore wells.
