Project : ASAB FFD 7054 (FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT ELECTRO MECHANICAL PROJECT (RDS))
Period : FROM Jan 2011 TO TILL DATE

Responsibilities:
•Technical assistance to the Construction Manager in planning, implementing, coordinating, controlling and monitoring construction activities
•Prepare tie in schedule and coordinate tie in activities with the client.
•Coordinate and interface with construction engineer to ensure the work front availability in the sites.
•Responsible for ensuring the full compliance with the approved method statement.
•Submission of material issue voucher request (MIVR) according to the requirements.
•Deliver engineering solutions for construction activities.
•Check vendor shop drawings and generating work descriptions
•Attend pre-construction and construction meetings
•Close supervision for the Equipment erection (Chemical injection, Booster pump, Nitrogen receiver, Knock out drum, Pig Launcher and Receiver)
•Identify and document engineering and construction scope change issues
•Preparation of ASBUILT drawings for the modified construction due to site condition.
•Develop construction schedule
•Working with P&IDs, General Arrangements, parts lists and schematics. Interpret and then coordinate from engineering through fabrication and installation.
•To define, plan and manage the activities, resources, schedule and quality of the project in accordance with management system.
•Coordinate and execute shutdown activity at RDS
•Coordination with regards to daily activities : mechanical completion, commissioning and start up
•Attend the hydro tests performed on site, test packages mechanical check and advise the technical punches before reinstatement
•Monitor Equipment/Materials availability at the Warehouse
•Monitor work progress in accordance with the submitted work schedule
•Attend the production meetings
•Keep daily activity progress record and log any problems that may exist for immediate action

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Diploma in mechanical engineering under the board of technical education, Govt of kerala -2007-2010
Post diploma in Oilfield engineering and Quality control + ASNT Level II - 2010

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Secondary school leaving certificate under the board of public examination, Govt of Kerala 2006-07

MRAC (Certificate of competency in Maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
TIP (Total improvement program from center for information and guidance, CIGI)
Quality control inspector
