A key responsibility includes handling of all modes of (Air/Sea/Road) Import, Export & Cross Trade shipments.
Preparation of Quotes and RFQs on a timely manner.
Co-coordinating with Overseas offices towards routing instructions of confirmed orders, follow-up and updates clients with progress.
Proactive updates to customers which includes triggering alert in conjunction with customer solution manager for online track & trace visibility tool (KN Login Monitoring and CIEL documentation)
Registering inbound Jobs, pre-alerts to clientele, handling Destination Services.
Ensure that Customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained by resolving problems efficiently and satisfactorily.
Monitoring all KPIs set in accordance with SOP.
Establish effective communication with customers, sub-contractors with regular visits to clients to maintain the relationship.
Ensure that excellent levels of housekeeping are maintained in all areas of the department but not restricted to (file handling, file archiving via e-file, subcontractors billing, storage of legal records)
Billing and dispatching of Invoice(s) on weekly basis with due attachments and follow-up with clients for settlement.
Report to Line Manager.
Preparation of reports to review during the monthly meeting.
Complying and adhering of legal, human resources, QSHE standards & procedures system wide which includes FCPA.

B.A Degree from MANGALORE UNIVERSITY - 2004
(Travel & Tourism Management as special Subjects)
Diploma in IATA/UFTAA FOUNDATION LEVEL from MONTREAL CANADA through Four wings Institute of Travel Management
Diploma in Computers.
