Responsibilities: Provide technical engineering services and advice in interpreting technical drawings and specifications, coordinate the multidisciplinary team in the technical evaluations of bids, coordinate and monitor the review, approval and issuance of project’s technical documentation, respond doubts or details during the phases of engineering, procurement and construction through project engineering team and external consultants hired for this purpose.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the technical assistance, of the electrical engineering group assigned to the Refinery, required by the different organizations, providing integral and effective solutions to complex situations, trough the application of advanced technologies, standards and applicable codes in order to contribute to the continuos, reliable, safe and efficient operation of the facilities and their effect in the future.


Period: September 2003 – November 2008
Position: Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance in the areas of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, to the different organizations of the Refinery, trough the criteria definition and technical’s controls, complying with the established standards by national and international bodies in order to achieve in a safe, reliable, efficient and profitable way, the best operating condition of the electrical systems and obtain the maximum availability and reliability, of the electrical equipment’s in the Refinery.
