As Cementer, my duties are:
Discuss with company man and Tool Pusher for cement job on locations.
Perform cement job calculations
Supervise and lead crew when perform cutting and blending cement on location.
Supervise and lead crew when perform Rig up and Down pressure lines.
Making all paper work including inventory control and record management all Halliburton equipment and chemicals on location.
Prepare Cementing job electronic data acquisition on well site with special software (Cemwin, Halwin and Opticem realtime).
Mixing chemicals before cementing job.
Perform Cementing Job.
Clean up cementing unit after cementing job.
Maintenance Units, (Pump packing HT-400,centrifugal 4 X 4 and 6 X 5, redress cementing head/plug container, all iron and lo-torch valve, 660 bulk tank and V-Tank), on location and Halliburton yard.When performed cement job I able to used Halliburton 75TC-4, Elite Trailer, SKD-4, CPTY-4, CPT-ZS4, CMT-400 and I able to perform cement job manually, ADC and FLECS.
