• Preparing monthly payroll and calculating social insurance and salary taxes.
• Issuing monthly revenue invoices, reviewing tax receipts.
• Handling all employment documents and contracts staff.
• Handling staffing needs of the clients through selecting the right candidates in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions for potential openings.
• Doing all the recruitment procedures that includes screening, sorting, filtering and preparing for interviews, paperwork, filing, typing and organization.
• Perform preliminary screening for recruitment job applications and classifying them according to qualifications and experience.
• Perform search and the selection of suitable candidates who met the requirements of the client from different sources.
• Co-coordinating and scheduling appointments for applicants to be interviewed by the clients.
• Follow up clients’ need and updating candidates’ resumes.
• Checking daily emails, receiving candidate’s emails and classifying their resumes according to the new filing system.
• Handling all secretarial duties including mailing, filing, typing and other secretarial work.
• Participating in making salary survey.
