Mechanical Engineer

My aim is to get an Entry Level Position with an offshore company where I can get an opportunity to develop and polish my practical knowledge.

Assisted the team of Maintenance Engineers for the replacement work of superheater steam header of 80 TPH boiler in Ambuja Cement plant, Rajasthan in Nov-Dec 2012

Assisted the team of Engineers in Major Maintenance and Overhauling of 25 MW steam Turbine (BHEL make)in July 2012 at ACC – Cement Works, Rajasthan

Also assisted the team of Engineers in Major Overhauling of 15 MW Steam Turbine (BHEL make) in Dec 2012 atA CC – Cement Works, Jharkhand

Also responsible for the maintenance activities of various hydraulic systems of steam turbine such as governor, hydraulic servomotor, journal bearings, thrust bearings, balancing piston glands, steam glands, oil sealing glands, positioning of the Speed Sensor Probes etc.
Also witnessed the lighting of the steam boiler

Undergone 3 months training in ‘MAINTENANCE AND EQUIPMENT RELAIBILITY’ department and have learnt walk by inspection method of preventive maintenance for all major and minor equipments being used in cement plant.

I completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 1st class marks from Mumbai university(India) in August 2011.

I also have done Dipoma in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING with first class from MUMBAI UNIVERSITY in June 2008
