• Prepare and approval of HSE plan for specific project, Develop site specific HSE policies, procedures and programs in alignment with corporate requirements

• Developing, coordinating, and overseeing business unit’s specific HSE strategies and process aligned with and in furtherance of global HSE strategies.
• Work closely with HSE leadership team to ensure that the global HSE strategies are supported and implemented in the business unites, and to ensure alignment across all business sectors, taking account of requirement and strategies
• Responsible to handle all EHS function at local and corporate level
• Responsible for all HSE related matters in Construction activities and have authority for over all control of HSE function, Responsible for technical support and other management functions of HSE
• Ensure that all project HSE objectives are met, targets achieved, and clients’ requirements are fulfilled and government legislations or regulations are complied. Ensure compliance with laws & clients specific requirements, Increase HSE awareness, promote HSE culture and raise company’s image
.
• Ensure compliance with HSE Policy and procedures through detailed and systematic Methodology.
• Handle a team of safety officers and inspectors to ensure that Engineers, Supervisors, and Workforce on jobsite are complying with HSE procedures and to monitor the progress of site projects.

• Conduct a HSE induction, industrial safety & construction safety training for personnel as well as coordinate OJT and cross training for the new employees. Conduct High-end Construction Safety Training to senior Management Staff, Engineers, and Trade Foremen as and when required. To conduct regular site inspections and assist the leadership team to conduct such inspections
• Issue and monitor permit to work scheme to all critical activities to ensure their safety at all times.
• Provides specialist input in Hazard & Operability Study (HAZOP), Project HSE Review (PHSER)'s Hazard Analysis (HAZAN).
• Risk assessment review and approved of Risk assessment , Mentoring the Risk Assessment Studies and deriving a strategy with a linkage to the HSE Plan
