I am working here as General Manager, Technical. Micro Engineering is a medium to large organization which manufactures Auto Control Cables and miscellaneous parts, applying precision engineering technology in a lean environment, for the leading multinational Automobile OEMs. Production system comprises of CNC and semi-auto machines. Statistical Quality Control is undertaken using CMM, Roughness/Straightness Tester, Roundness Tester, etc. TPM and TQM systems are thus being implemented for the quality manufacture of Auto Control Cables with almost zero waste. My responsibilities thus evolve all of the activities encompassing Production, PPC, QC, Development, Financial Planning, Warehousing, Sales/Marketing, HR and Administration which also includes Corporate Affairs.

I worked here as General Manager, Admin & Finance. IKS' fields of specialization are Linux Enterprise Solutions, ERP and Embedded Systems (including Secure Communication) and Venture Capital projects. My responsibilities evolve technical and non-technical departments ensuring their smooth functioning as per IKS' Corporate Policies. My responsibilities were thus extended to the general management of projects (PMO) from tendering, signing on MOUs, contracting through project kick-off, procurements, to final deployment at the client site obtaining work completion certificates (Sign-Off).

I worked here as Production Assistant in CNC Blow Molding department. The product of this plant was PET Bottles for Coca Cola (Wakefield) and other leading industries (FMCG) of Europe.
