Project Engineer

Organization: Lamprell Energy Ltd, Sharjah, UAE
Duration : Apr 2007 to till date
Role : Production Engineer (May 2009 – till date)

• Assist project construction superintendents with project tracking system, schedule management and material distribution and control.
• Material issue and control, schedule management, progress reporting, distribute and manage subcontractor scope & activities etc.
• Monitor sub contractor progress
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and security (HSES) responsibilities
• Liaise with QC / client /class surveyor etc for stage inspections, NDT, hydro test/Pneumatic test and flushing and punch list clearance.
• Liaise with HSES personal and report any breach of procedure.
• Liaise with project engineer/Project superintendents with reference to project production issues.
• Coordinating with procurement dept for material shortage and maintain VMI stock and follow up.
• Prepares and submits weekly progress report.
• Review of preliminary drawings for planning of fabrication activities / sequences.
• Review of material receive request, Engineering drawing and schedule according to priority of job.

Academic Qualifications :

• Passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 year course) from Board of Technical Education, India with first class in year 2006
• Passed 10 +2 from Kerala Higher secondary Board of Education, India with Second class in year 2003
