QA/QC Inspection Activities

Dear Sir/Madam.
I wish to introduce myself as a B.TECH. Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience.
At present I am working with Petrofac E&C,Kuwait as a Senior QC Inspector.
For the past 4 years; I have been working with VELOSI CERTIFICATION LLC,QATAR. and GERMANISHER LLOYD,UAE, as Sr.Welding Inspector / QA/QC Coordinator for their various Onshore and Offshore OIL&GAS projects.
I have experience in inspection of GTAW, SMAW, SAWand GMAW process Welding.
I possess certificate in CSWIP 3.2.2, AWS CWI,ASNT Level II (MT / PT / RT / UT).
Besides, I am also a SEAMAN certificate holder approved by BELIZE,and OFFSHORE SEA SURVIVAL &HUWET certificate holder approved by GTSS ABUDHABI.
Also I am having good CODE knowledge in ASTM/ASME/ASNI/NACE/API/ AWS.
I have 15 years of Manufacturing, Construction experience in OIL & Gas Projects which includes Able to prepare as-built drawings,Hydro/Pneumatic test & Tie- In packages.Witnesssing hydro, pneumatic test, Helium test, PWHT, Hardness,PMI,Ferrite tests prepare final data package for the Project as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Performing Black Light Inspection(UV light) and Boroscopic inspection,Conducting Walk - down survey to ensure all piping components are installed correctly and categorize the deficiency items,STATIC EQUIPMENTS and Pressure Vessels.
