Around 2 years of work experience as IT Procurement coordinator.
Work Responsibilities conducted during tenure:
o Contacting the suppliers and negotiating for fair prices of the infrastructure.
o Get the quotes from the vendors & do the evaluation.
o After getting internal approvals, issue of respective orders.
o Provide approvals from the approvers to procure the requested items.
o Preparing reports on requirement analysis and sending them to the higher authorities.
o Coordinate the delivery and availability of the goods.
o Ability to maintain good relation with clients and analyze the market for best prices.
