HVAC/Refrigeration: 7 years experience
• Served as a technician supervisor in repair, installation and maintenance of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation in commercial, residential, and offshore AC and refrigeration units.
• Read blueprints and diagrams for installation of compressors, motors, temperature controls, ducts, and piping.
• Performed preventative maintenance, troubleshot breakdowns, and repaired malfunctioning HVAC systems and components; utilized measuring and testing instruments.
• Directed and trained workers to properly install, maintain, and repair units.

• Installed, maintained, and repaired electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures with hand and power tools in accordance with relevant codes.
• Diagnosed malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components to locate the cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
• Tested electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Performed specific electrical maintenance and engineering functions assigned by Engineering/Facility Manager.
• Wrote up sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
• Cultivated excellent relationships with clients, resulting in continuous referral business.
