mechanical maintenance engineer

Seeking a challenging job in this fields:- Oil refinery plants. Fertilizers plants. Petrochemical plants.

Utility Maintenance Engineer.
Supervise routine and long time maintenance works.
Installation, commissioning, starting up, maintenance, and repair a wide range of Static equipments, water treatment plants, boilers, fire fighting systems, and potable water networks.
Participate in new projects drawings approving (piping lay out, piping isometric, piping supports details, and P&ID drawings), material specifications and performing these projects like:
1)Erection of one Water tube boiler 50T/h, 15 kg/cm2, and temp 320CO Supplied from Standard Kassel Co –Germany (approximately 6 month).
2)Erection of Water Treatment Planet and two water tube boilers with 100 t/h capacity and water treatment plant with 770 m3 /h Capacity Supplied from Babcock Wilcox Espanola – Spain (approximately 4 years ) .
3)Erection of sodium hypochlorite generation plant (piping material GRP), I learned how to join GRP pipes with my self and have a good acknowledgement about the joining materials.
4)Replacement or the company community drinking water net work to be p.p instead of galvanized carbon steel
Plan, schedule for routine maintenance, repair, major shut-downs and overhauls for Static equipments.
Recommending specifications for materials spares and tools according to {ASTM, TEMA, API, ANSI}.
Management of subcontracted works, {sand blasting, painting, lagging... Etc.}
Participate in applying the Cwork preventive maintenance program (CMMS) for the system by entering the program database, and preventive work orders for the system assets & locations.
Set up technical specifications for new spare parts according to
{ASTM, API, ANSI. etc.} And evaluated bids of tenders and tool required for maintenance.
Checking the new materials which supplies for new projects.
Estimate the materials quantities for the new projects through the supplier documents and revise these quantities by the suppliers packing lists.
Gaining a good experience in jointing non metallic pipe lines like
P.V.C, P.P, and GRP
