Sr. Structural Engineer

 To be able to work as a Civil Engineer in a challenging & brain stimulating environment.

1. Currently Working as an Sr. Engineer (civil) for Technimont ICB in OPaL-PP project (Polypropylene plant based in Dahej, Gujrat, India) from August 2011
 Major activities include:
• Designing of Extrusion Structure Plan area (45x25 meters) and (2 meters in height. (Approximate Concrete = 4000 m3; Steel Quantity = 400 tonnes). Using IS456, IS800 and IS13920 (detailing code).
• Designing of pile layout/piles caps (Using FEM analysis).
• Dynamic Seismic analysis for the structure.

2. Worked as an Sr. Engineer (civil) for Technimont ICB in GASCO project (Gas treatment plant based in Abu Dhabi UAE) from Nov-2009 to July 2011

 Major activities include:
• Designing of Structure (for Lean glycol area) around 300 Tones, 76 meters in length and 18.5 meters in height.
• Designing of Process piperack modules (2 nos) with cantilever header structures of about 8 meters high on top of the structures
• Auxiliary / Equipment supporting platforms (Handling a small team of engineers and Designers)
• Hydraulic calculations for AOC system (Designed as full flooded system based on hydraulic line concept) for the entire plant, involving planning of AOC line network.


3. Worked as a Engineer (civil) in Aker Power gas Pvt. limited, in Kalina, Mumbai December 2007 to October 2009
• Was assigned as a lead area engineer for Pipe rack (275m Long) for PTA plant for PETROQUIMICASAUPE in Brazil.
• Was working as engineer for SINI-SRU project, a refinery project in Portugal.

4. Worked as a Design and Estimation Engineer in MAMMUT BUILDING SYSTEMS L.L.C DUBAI (SUBSIDARY OF EMAAR GROUP DUBAI) from November 2006- December 2007
