Electric works on Diesel generator sets and control panels.
Installation and calibration of measuring instruments – Ph meter, level transmitter, flow meter, pressure transmitter, viscometer, temperature transmitter.
Well-known with the Plant Running, Predictive, Preventive, Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance
Skilled at performing and documenting completion of maintenance, calibration, installation, fault location, and repair of electric, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instruments and systems.
Installation and testing of safety equipment in the engine room – fire detectors , smoke detectors, flame detectors, Mist Detector.
Skilled at maintenance and usage of firefighting equipment.
Installation of DOL, Star-delta and VFD starters.
Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, Hot work permit, Enclosed Space Entry permits.
Skilled to read and develop Engineering Drawings, Control Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram
Familiar with PLC,DCS,automation and integrated computer system (ICS).
Repair and maintenance of water chiller, Air conditioning unit, cold storage.
Repair and maintenance of Switchgears and automatic change over control.
Installation of LV and HV transformers, ac and dc motors
Repair and maintenance of main engine, exhaust boiler, oil fired boiler, oil purifiers, fresh water generator, and air compressors.
On regular watch on main engine and boilers simultaneously as senior in full charge of entire watch.
Repair and maintenance on hydraulic system, pneumatic system.
Familiar with process control system.
Repair and maintenance of pumps – reciprocating, centrifugal, single stage, multi stage, screw pumps, lobe pumps, etc.
Responsible of life boat engine and rescue boat engine.
Familiar with emergency switch board and main switchboard control panel.
