Quality Control Manager

I am a highly capable Quality Control and Quality Assurance manager seeking an employment opportunity in the Construction area.

Project Description : Borouge 2 Construction consists of construction of Sea water basin,
Bund wall, Box culvert, pipe rack foundation, HDPE Liner,
Pipe support foundation, trenches, fire proofing to Structure and
Asphalt Road Construction, Under Ground Piping CS and GRE,
Coating to CS Pipe.

Responsibility:
1) Implementation of Quality Management System on Site.
2) Preparation and Approval of Quality Control Documents like Project Quality Plan,
General Quality Control Procedure, Quality Control Procedure, Inspection Test Plan and
Update of Project Quality objectives, concession request, Method statements RFI and
Technical Query.
3) Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification, Radiography Testing, Pressure testing ,
Monitoring of Welders Performance, Weld Repair ratio and preparation of test pack
for CS, GRE.
4) Conducting internal Audit with other department at site and Conducting Supplier Audit.
5) Handling third party Audit ( BV).
6) Quality Control to establish that Project is Executed as per Project Specification , ITP,
Quality Procedure, Method statement, RFI and Technical Query
7) Closing of any NCR raised by Client , Consultant and internal NCR , taking corrective action
and preventing action ( Recurrence) and Issuing of Internal NCR.
8) Conducting Quality related training for project and Training of quality department staff.
9) Coordinating with Client and third part lab regarding Quality Issues.
10) Material Inspection Prior to be used at site.
11) Inspection at site as per ITP, Concrete testing, Concrete trail Mix.
12) Preparation Quality Dossier and final handing over of Quality Documents.
13) Clearing Punch list at for Mechanical Completion of Project.
14) Calibrating Monitoring of measuring instruments .
15) Use of Standard Codes like BS Code, BSEN ,ACI and ASTM.
16) Preparation weekly and Monthly QA/QC Report.
17) Reporting to Project Manager and Corporate QA/QC Manager.
18) Attending meeting with Client for Quality Issues at site

Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)

Training : Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001-2008 from LRQA.

Experience : 20 years in Civil Construction, Quality control and Quality Assurance
EPC Construction (Takreer) High Rise Building, Industrial construction
(Oil and Gas) Borouge 2. Knowledge of Codes BSEN, ASTM, ACI and ASME

Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)

Training : Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001-2008 from LRQA.

Experience : 20 years in Civil Construction, Quality control and Quality Assurance
