EEA a design house of ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility(EPRF) is a leading design engineering and consulting organization providing services of feasibility studies, process selection, conceptual design, FEED study, revamp jobs, detailed engineering, development of P&IDs, bid evaluation and Project management consultancy to the projects mainly in the petroleum refining and gas processing.

Have worked on following projects:

1. Residue Upgradation Project

Currently working as a Process Engineer of Residue Upgradation Project Team and is responsible for:

• Development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping &Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs) For Product and Crude.
• Involve in development of complete refinery simulation on HYSYS.
• Carryout heat & material balance (HMB) & thermal calculations of complete plant.
• Perform sizing and development of process data sheets for Equipments, Instruments, Package items, Control & Safety Valves.

4. CDU / TSDU Revamp Project (National Refinery Limited)

Worked as a member of NRL Process Engineer team. In this project, I was responsible to:
• Develop design basis, basic engineering of systems by assessment of revamp load.
• Perform revamp study of each system and provide technical assistance regarding plant modifications.
• Carry out process simulation for each system on HYSYS.
• Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping &Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs) of each system.
• Preparation of heat and material balance (HMB).
• Carry out sizing / rating of Heat Exchangers and Air Coolers.
• Perform hydraulics study/rating of piping, pumps, control & safety valves.
