1. Worked for 2 years and 2 months as a Project Engineer in Terminal Automation (in EMERSON PROCESS MANAGEMENT – DANIEL MEASUREMENTS AND CONTROLS INDIA LTD) Currently ADVANCED SYSTEK PVT LTD,Gujarat )

Job Profile:-
 Entire site engineering/design, installation & commissioning of instruments and administration until hand over of site automated meeting customer demands.
 Planning, assigning, supervising and executing daily instrument project and maintenance jobs in oil plant in co-ordination with process/electrical/mechanical/software departments.
 Planning of man power and spares according to plant requirements and monitoring of plant instrument workshop and maintaining instrument logbook.
 Analysis and interpretation of process history during process trips.
 Preparation of as built drawings.
 Integration of Fire System ESD(Emergency shutdown), MCP(Manual Call Point) , with PLC.
 Installation and commissioning and trouble shooting of entire metering system in gantry (PD meter, Strainer, DCV, Pulsar, Pressure Transmitter, Mass Flowmeter, Corolis Flowmeter Batch Controller (DANLOAD-6000), Differential Pressure Gauge etc.),SAAB Radar Gauges, Fire Engine Panel, Densitometer, Water level gauge, Barrier gate with sensor, Proximity card reader, EDU (Electronic Display Unit) with accessories ,UPS system with battery backup, PLC GE Fanuc programming and trouble shooting, Network adapters, Ethernet Switch, Terminal Servers, Field Communication Unit etc.
 Installation of Bulk Air Eliminator with pipe line modification, Pressure Transmitter, Thermal Relief Valve line modification, RTD, additive metering, Pressure Relief Valve, Console, PDP (Power Distribution Panel), Networking Panel) with termination. Gantry modification with installation of loading arm and entire mechanical modification in field and in gantry.



2.Worked for 3 months as an Automation engineer ( in SOFCON INDIA PVT LTD,Gujarat )
