Over 30 year’s professional inspection experience in the petroleum refining, chemical process and electrical power generation industries. Extensive experience performing American Petroleum Institute API 510 internal/external inspections and repairs on pressure vessels including data reports (R-1’s) and re-rates. Preparation of detailed scopes of inspections and repairs including NDE techniques to be applied under ASME VIII refinery equipment (Vessels, Exchangers, etc.). American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector, QC – 1 inspections on piping and structural (steel, hangers & structures), , hydrostatic and pneumatic tests , Procedure Qualification Records , Welding Procedure Specifications, welder qualifications, Non Destructive Examinations, fabrication , installation and repairs per ASME , NBIC , API and AWS . Other inspection experience includes vendor surveillance, corrosion monitoring/ RBI programs, civil and mechanical inspections along with SAP and Microsoft computer literate. Report writing, report reviewing and data input.
