•Working as an Assistant Engineer in QA/QC Department.
•Inspection of Earth Works, Structural Works, RCC, and Finishing Works.
•Reporting Non-Conformance if observed and issuing NCR's. Closing out CAR's, Making NCR log, four monthly NCR Reports.
•Communicating and reporting day-to-day activities and getting approved with client/consultants.
•Pre-Review /Post-Review Purchase Orders.
•Certifying Sub-Contractor Bills.
•Reporting Quality Progress- weekly/monthly etc.
•Preparation of Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plan, Work Instructions. Method Statements as per codes and project specifications.
•Day to day inspection related to civil & structural works viz. excavation, filling, padding, backfilling, concreting, fabrication & erection of structural steel, construction of foundations etc.
•Ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with customer approved Quality Control Plans, AFC drawing, Construction Scope of work & Specifications.
•Review of AFC drawing.
•Coordinate inspection & test requirements of the Local Community Subcontractor employed for pre-cast masonry works.
•Liaise with the Material Testing Laboratory personnel with regard to soil compaction Field Density test And Compressive Strength of Concrete Cubes.
•Witness concrete pours, cube tests and in process & final inspection of structures.
•Maintain relevant update codes, standards, specification, & quality system documents. Monitoring and maintaining records of calibration of Measuring & Monitoring Devices.
•Verify/check levels taken by Surveyors.
•Preparation of Test Packs pertaining to civil Works.
•Assist the QA Engineer in review of effectiveness of corrective action taken on non-conformances related to civil works.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Diploma in Civil Engineering (2005-2008) with 1st division from Govt. Polytechnic College Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh India.

ACADEMICS:

•High school in 2003 from Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education.
