Job Responsibilities:
• OMD- Order Desk Management.
• Processing application for Du customers.
• Dealing directly with customers in escalations & solving their problems.
• Coordinating with Field Engineers and assisting them in smooth service provisioning to customers/solving onsite or field issues.
• Keeping a record of the number of daily appointments and the work orders being processed correctly for the hassle free provisioning of the services.
• Scheduling the appointments in an organized tracker.
• Keeping record of all the Bldg’s and their CPE and requesting them correctly while processing the work orders.
• Having a brief knowledge of the all the Technologies used in different locations and updating them in the system
• Printing the work orders
• Scheduling the work orders for the technicians.
• Coordinating with the technicians and the activation department.
• Follow up with the technicians on hourly basis
• Taking updates from the technicians and make sure their given task has been completed
• Printing the work orders and segregating the work orders according to the region assigned to each technician.
• Preparing the customer satisfaction report daily.
• Preparing the Daily report daily(Excel & Power point).
• Usage of the software HPSA, PIVOTAL, NET CRACKER and SIEBEL.
