Process Engineer

To seek a challenging position as a Process Engineer,to provide aid on industrial safety and also implement my specialized areas of Process simulation, equipment and process design.

Project Trainee, Essar oil, India. Jan 2010-Mar 2010
Acquired an industrial experience of fifteen weeks as Chemical Engineering Trainee in ESSAR Oil, India. Understood roles and responsibilities of a Process Engineer.
Implementing Safety, Health and Environment requirements through Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis throughout my Project trainee.
Supervised safety features and process efficiency and also designed reactor vessel using CAD to improve the efficiency and also worked in the FEED department.
Performed safety and quality test, installed upgrades, and performed troubleshooting in case of emergency shutdown with help of the senior Process and Safety Engineer.
Used flow charts, graphs, diagrams, reports, PFD and P&ID and other documentation to monitor and improve the process and also gave weekly report to the project manager.

Worked as industrial project trainee in the manufacturing (FCCU) department for ten weeks.
Enhanced my communication skills by interacting with all kinds of employee, from top hierarchy to the bottom, in order to obtain massive knowledge of the industry.
Performed environmental monitoring, handled facility safety and functionality, in accordance with regulations in assistance with Process Engineer and maintenance Engineer.

Obtained enormous understanding of a petrochemical plant during an industrial training for eight weeks.
Developed problem solving and analytical skills by solving numerous real time process Calculation and also gained knowledge about SIMOP, HAZID, and HAZOP by participating in Monthly Risk Assessment Review by the Safety Engineer.
