• From 01June 2010 to date: Maintenance planner: within MANPOWER based in Hannibal Plant with BGT (British Gas Tunisia) Maintenance Team. Main tasks: Closely monitor all aspects of planning Develop Primavera / MS Project Schedule for Turnarounds and Shutdowns. Shutdowns and Turnarounds assisting and preparing Scopes Work (work packages, Drawings, Job Plans, resources, spares, tools, etc.). Perform the work permit, purchasing, billing and resource management. Improve preventative work plans, reliability and safety equipment. Attend daily planning activities, giving priority to critical safety equipment. Eliminate Backlog Work priority. Perform reporting in MS Excel, and Maximo Business Object. Generate KPIs and coordinate with various departments. Provide technical analysis, design, implementation, customization and bug fixing of the planning tool (Maximo). Support for the upgrade of the planning tool (Maximo) and provide functional training for users of this tool. Prepare complete and accurate reports weekly and monthly progress and highlight concerns. • From 19 May 2009 to 19 May 2010: Maintenance Planner: within PIRECO based in Hannibal Plant with BGT Maintenance Team. Closely monitor all aspects of planning. Alert the Project Manager of any deviations or delays. Check Primavera CPM Schedule and ensure that activities are effectively planned, and completed recharge. Check the logic of the scheduling of project tasks. Prepare complete and accurate reports weekly and monthly progress and highlight concerns. Attend progress meetings and highlight delays and corrective actions. Monitor project performance and calculating variances and forecasts...
