Position : Project Engineer

Work Description
• Review design inputs with Lead Engineer / Project Manager.
• Perform and review basic & detail engineering design while guiding the engineering team in issuing the engineering documents.
• Submit all required deliverable as per Vendor Master to client.
• Prepare Functional Design Specification, Detail Design Specification, FAT Procedure, SAT Procedure & etc. as part of deliverable.
• Record design changes and submit variation orders to client if applicable.
• Review Application Programming, Database and Graphics with customer.
• Perform loop Drawing
• Initiate the utilization of best engineering practices, tools and methodologies.
• Coordinates with DCS team for graphic configuration related to scada points from SM.
• Prepare the system for testing and acceptance by client.
• Supervise site installation and commissioning.

2. Ester Migration Plant, Palm Oleo Klang Sdn Berhad (November 2011- Ongoing Project )- PLC Programming, Engineering, FAT, Installation, SAT, Commissioning ( March 2011), Start-up, Project Management.

3. Petronas Gas Bhd Plant Revamp & Rejuvenation 2 (PRR2) Project: (July 2011 – Ongoing Project) –Start-up Support, Project Management (1st Stage – Export Terminal, ET).

4. Petronas Gas Bhd Plant Revamp & Rejuvenation 2 (PRR2) Project For GPP2: (Jan 2012 – Ongoing Project) –Start-up Support, Project Management . Dcs Logic Software and Hardware Review.

• Build Fieldbus device for Distributed Control System (DCS).
• Have experience in configured Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) point for HIJAU Project in Port Dickson.
• AUTOCAD drawing for Palm Oleo Project loop drawing.
• Conduct risk assessment by using software such as BowtieXP where helps to be more manageable.
• Trained to conduct and develop web design which is Country Security Information System to Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.
• Operates any equipments and machines at the plant such as Boiler, Reactor, Heat Exchanger, and many more.
• Involve in environmental audit (internal) as a practical for EMS and EIA study.
• Exposed with ISO 14000 and 140001
• Able to handle the laboratory analysis equipment: UV-VIS, AAS, HPLC, Autoclave, Kjedhal Method and etcetera.
• Able in handling separation technology equipment : Leaching , Bubble Cap distillation and Pulse Column
• Able to handling environmental technology equipment and laboratory: In situ measurement (pH meter, Turbidity meter, Conductivity Meter), Coagulation, Flocculation and Decantation Method Unit, Chemical Oxygen Demand Analyzer.
