Responsibility : Presently, I am posted in O&U (Offsite & Utilities) dept. which includes IOP (Integrated offsite Plant+PTD
& CPP Plant ). Further IOP includes Water Block, Air Block & Product Transfer dept and CPP includes CPP-I &
CPP-II.
For whole IOP ; I have to perform following activities / responsibilities:
1. Maintenance activities (Preventive & Predictive maintenance, RCA, PHA, PSM, PSSR, etc.) of all equipments of IOP & CPP-I plant.
2. Implementation of MOC, equipments/systems, improvement projects.
3. Man-power, spare & major asset resource management/replacement.
4. Major S/D planning & execution, Emergency controlling, Minor/major project handling.
5. Internal/External maintenance & inspection service planning & executing as per rules & regulations (Like
SMPV, CCOE, PESO, IBR, GFR, CI-HGPI-MI, Dry-Ice Cleaning, etc.)
6. Contractorˇ¦s job evaluation & bill management. Technicians & contractorˇ¦s training (work place safety &
maintenance related, on-job training, etc.)
7. Purchase requisition for all equipment spares for smooth & reliable operation.
8. Performance monitoring, Data updating & records of all equipments.
9. Effective organization of training, safety & maintenance related programs/events & their implementation
practically.

2. Designation : Design Engineer
Company : Doshion Veolia Water Solutions (Doshion Limited.) (EPCC Company)
- Planning, Engineering (designing), procurement, construction, erection & commissioning for large industrial water treatment plants.
- Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, DIN, TEMA standards & Design of Static Equip.

Company : Ambica Engineering Co. (Manu. Of Material Handling Equipments ˇV mostly Overhead Traveling Cranes & Hoists)
Responsibility : Sending quotations to customer, designing Overhead EOT & HOT hoists & Cranes as per customer requirements & as per standards (IS:3177 & IS:807) ,Ordering, drafting, manpower handling, planning as per customer requirements & orders & production target, quality maintaining, Internal inspection, dispatching, invoicing, etc.
