has duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Manages and maintain the company’s HSE Management system, monitoring the Environmental Management Plan including Waste Management Plan
- To lead in the management, preparation, maintenance and rollout of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) including ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification.
- Manage relationships with all HSE regulators and government agencies
- Ensure HSE documents and its implementation are in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and HSE legislations and requirements
- Participate in formal safety assessments as required (e.g. HIRADC , HAZIDS, HAZOPS etc.) taking account into safe execution of the major project on a live operations site.
- Review and approve all subcontractors HSE Management System (CSMS evaluation, Bridging Document with Contractors HSE Case)
- Ensure conduct & review HSE Training needs for the field activities
- Organize and facilitate or lead HSE Meeting such as Monthly HSE Committee Meeting
- Ensure the implementation of HSE operation control, PTW, SIMOP, MOC procedures
- Plan & conduct the emergency response drill periodically.
- Ensure & manage the HSE audit and Inspection programs
- HSE Lead at contractor meetings
- Manage the reporting of all HSE incidents
- Develop and manage the Work Program & Budget (WP&B) for the HSE
- Manage the HSE subordinates
