Currently working in Borouge ethylene cracker unit-3 from 10th may,2011 having jointventure between CCIC and linde in Ruwais,U.A.E.
3year work experience in pearl GTL project,qatar in our CCIC with active participation of KBR and JGC.Our client is Qatar Petroleum and Qatar Shell.
Involve in welding and piping activities of SGP reactors,Static and rotary equipements piping connections.Firetubes welding of NG Heaters,Golden joints,On-site and Off-site piping.
Active participation of Oxygen service process for flawless start-up initiative.
Work experience in Consolidated contractor international company, Gulf.
Designation : Q.C mechanical inspector.(staticequipement/welding/piping).
Duration : 29TH June 2008 to till the date.
Responsibility:
1) Application of requirements of codes standards.
2) Verification against documentation and marking of correctness of parent metal.
3) Verification of correctness of welding consumables. (Electrode, filler wire, consumables, fluxes, etc).
4) Verification that dimension of fit up and weld preparation are in accordance with specification.
5) Verification that Preheat, Post heat, PWHT (where required) is accordance with specific procedure.
6)Visual inspection and dimension checked of completed weldment against specification
requirement and drawing.
7) Surveillance during welding to verify compliances with specified procedure including any preheat, interpass temperatures control and post heating requirements.
8) Welding procedure must be approved to carry out production weld.
9) Verification of adequate and valid welders are available, and that only approved
welders are required are used in production.
10) Verification that PWHT has been conducted accordance with specified procedure.
11) Request for NDT as per line class and welder RT%.
12) Preparation of inspection reports and submission.

CSWIP 3.1 from WATSCO, INDIA. Affiliated by TWI, UK in the year2009.
Process Piping Inspector certification (API-570)affiliated by American petroleum institute in the year of Dec 2010.
B.E (mechanical) from Maharashtra college of engineering affiliated by SRTMU, Nanded, INDIA with 1st class with distinction in the year of August 2005.
