• Author investigation reports to determine the root causes for nonconformities / deviations / out of specification events, create clear and complete documentation of entire investigation and communicate as appropriate.
• Prepare (CAPA) corrective and preventive action for all NCR’s that from external audit, internal audit.
• Implement / execute corrective actions.
• Facilitate meetings with Subject Matter Experts for the development of root / probable causes and corrective actions.
• Technical support for the customer query.
• Create product nonconformance trend analysis reports and submit to management on frequent basis to ensure early detection of potential quality issues.
• Handle the CSD (Customer Satisfaction Department)
• Responsible for process or product Audit & certification and follow up external parties for P.E.D (Pressure Equivalent Directive), M.E.D (Marine Equivalent Directive), Kite Mark.
• Implement and maintained documentation for external bodies like KITE MARK, CE, BAFE, LPCP, WHEEL, SASO, TUV, BM TRADA, BSI, NFPA, UL, FM, INTERNATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL, ICDO, SON (Standard Organization of Nigeria), CORRO-COAT, etc.
• Responsible for all welding relating issue as per BS standard.
• Develop WPS as per BS EN standard, Welder qualification.
• Responsible to give technical seminar with hydraulic calculation for the FM-200, CO₂, Novec system.
• Knowledge of all fire extinguishers, fire pump, hydrants, foam and foam system, sprinkler system, stand pipe system.
