Project-1 WELL HEAD-A25
Customer Seawell-Norway.
Description This GYDA platform having E&I installations for production wellheads, Installation of new Uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system for Living quarter, Smart drilling instrumentation (SDI) system upgrade, Replacement of High-voltage seawater lift pump and Replacement of Air-purge units for Mud pump, Draw works and Rotary Table.
Role/Responsibilities To review the requirement from Seawell, estimate the hours required for the task, update the Instrumentation as well as other electrical drawings as per mark ups with respect to standards from Seawell. Creation of ISM, Execution and Drafting of Electrical Schematics, Updating relevant Electrical tables like plug-pin tables, device tables and terminal block tables and cable list.

Project-2 Concentrate Dryer system

Description This project having four skid (Steam Generator, Vacuum, Chiller, Dryer) and are Involving In order to reduce the Harmful of nuclear Waste.
Role/Responsibilities To review the requirement from Customer based on P&ID, PDF reference document. Design the first level concept diagram and get the approval from the customer for further design. Selection of power and control component like PLC, Switchgear, HMI, Control panel, temperature device, cables connectors ext,. Preparation of control system drawing, Cable list, Device list and General arrangement drawing Using CAD Software.

Project-2 Filter Assembly Line
Customer Delphi-TVS Diesel Systems Ltd., Sriperumbuthur.
Role/Responsibilities Component selection and developing Drawing for panel layout, Developing high level Electrical circuits (SLD) for the project. Developing Ducting & Routing of entire line of machines (4 stations). Selection of switchgears and accessories. Drawing the Power Circuits, Control Circuits and PLC Input and Output connection details in (E-Plan P5 version and P8 Version). Schematic verification physically on the machine with respect final changes analyzes the circuit in the field, troubleshoot the issues and debug/rectify the problems.
